Fifty-Two Objects: Two.

Sorry for the no-show all week, it's been grey and dull and I've been suffering from incessant headaches, hence no screen time. I hope this will make up for the lack of posts.....the sun finally came out today and I manged to take a few pictures to share with you. Hope you're having a great weekend, I'm just happy to see some natural light! I'm off now to make a huge batch of aloo parathas..... :) Ciao for now!!

  3. I enjoy hearing about the provenance of objects, and this series is lovely. I love Ten Thousand Villages--they also make good fair trade coffee, which is a nice bonus, eh?

  12. Fascinating in so many respect. Like many here, I love the story most. Heartwarming, life affirming are words I will use to describe this series.

  13. We have been wanting to get a sculpture of Buddha for many years now. But I am very very choosy about this. It has to be right, the pose, the expression all of it. Till date I haven't found the one I love. But this one I do. Now it is going to be even harder for me to find one. For this is what I will think of and compare. It is just beautiful beyond words!
