Good Morning, Friday!

Right now, I'm feasting on........
Masala bun and chai!!

Thanks for the recipe, Nitha! I'll let the pictures speak for themselves....

Good morning, all! Howz friday treating you? (stay tuned for some fabulous inspiration...artist profile and home tour coming up later today!)   :-)

All pictures copyrighted to me. Please don't steal, be original. (We had a bit of a fracas last night. A sneaky blogger was trying to steal my friend's recipes (verbatim!!) and pictures (she chopped off watermarks!) and trying to pass them off as her own. Several of our food blogger friends were affected, but one closest to my heart was as well. Needless to say, some emails were sent out, and the blogger in question has (very reluctantly) removed the offending site. What do you feel about this blatant disregard for the hard work our friends put in? Do you think it should go unnoticed? I most certainly do not!  What a loser! Would it have killed her to give credit where it was due? )

What do you think?

  7. I just need to clarify here....it wasn't my work/recipe/photographs that were stolen---it was my friend's.

I only wrote about it because I wanted to bring the topic into the limelight.

  12. @Sans: they're very similar to the chinese stuffed buns (a colleague of mine used to make them for all our potluck parties---deelish!) Also, you can follow Nitha's recipe...it was excellent!

  19. Oh those buns look yummy. Am going to have to try it. Re stealing pics.....bad bad thing to do. If you must take off of flickr's photo sharing, give credit where credit is due and mention the person's name.
Sayantani - go to the local bakery at the street corner, they will give you fresh yeast and the stuff works!
