Stay tuned.....home-tour tomorrow!!
(In other news, that virus that's going around has finally found a nice n' cozy home in my throat. Am all scratchy and hoarse---oh, woe is me!!!-sorry for the theatrics girls, but I think I may need to take a few days off from bloggin'--there's a pile of stuff waiting for me to tackle, and its making me antsy (we have a birthday party to organize and loads of little projects are pulling me in every direction!!!!). ... So here's what I'm hoping to do--I'm going to post one picture a day (you know the type-- worth-a-thousand-words) for the next few days (tomorrow, I'll be running the home-tour, so don't forget to check in!); I should hopefully have my act together come Monday. Hopefully you'll like the pictures and notes!!..... :)
Hope you feel better. I know how you feel...take the break. Look forward to the house tour.
ReplyDeleteGet well soon , darling but you better rest or it may never go away :(
ReplyDeleteyps, get well soon, can't wait for the house tour
ReplyDeleteGet well soon....here is a quick sore throat remedy, well it may not cure it, but your throat will feel a whole lot better:
ReplyDeleteIn a pan put in a small handful of chopped mint and basil each, 1/4 tsp black tea leaves, a good hunk of crushed ginger, a smidgeon of black pepper, 3-4 cups of water and boil for 6-8 minutes. Strain, add honey and drink it hot in small sips. Speedy recovery to you!
Hope you feel better soon. Drink lotsa warm water with honey and lemon juice. It heals.
ReplyDeleteThrowing my Get Well wishes in the ring too. Summer colds are awful, at least in the winter you can snuggle up under a warm blanket and wait for the storm to pass. Hope it passes quickly.
ReplyDeleteget well soon
