.........Viva Terra, an eco-conscious store......and guess what they have for sale?.........this piece of gorgeousness!!!....

The 5'X5' panel costs $598....not cheap, but so obsession-worthy......made entirely of reclaimed wood panelling.

    :) I want to buy them all...the teak panels. the recycled vases, the mirrors (how cool would a grouping like the one pictured above be?) the bedding and the japanese bowls...

    Sadly, that ain't happening unless I hit a jackpot somewhere! (which ain't happening coz' I don't gamble..... :))

    I do have a pretty neat collection of Japanese bowls tho'...I'll post pictures soon.

  10. Oh Sumi, if you look around, I'm sure you'll be able to pick up something from India...at prices that are a lot more affordable...sadly, for us, we need to contend with not only the higher prices, but shipping and handling as well!

  11. Love that wooden panel.. And that mirrors with the antiqued frames look gorgeous..

    Regarding the pickle: You can use chicken instead of beef. Cut the chicken into small pieces leaving out the bones or go for breast pieces. Fry them and follow the rest as for beef. I am not sure about the sarson oil.. I ve never used it. If u trying, let us know how it tasted..
